We are on the lookout for a talented, experienced, and hands-on senior technical manager or director to spearhead the development of NDR network sensor and Windows / Linux server sensor. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Linux embedded systems, DPI / IDS stack, Linux kernel audit, and Windows event collection.
We are open to considering candidates who would work remotely within the United States.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead a team of engineers and developers specializing in network and server sensor technology.
- Working closely with PM, oversee the development and enhancement of NDR network sensors and Windows / Linux server sensors. Ensure products archive right behavior and are built to high standards.
- Provide expert knowledge in Linux embedded systems, Deep Packet Inspection (DPI), Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS), Linux kernel audit, and Windows event collection.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies related to network and server data collection.
- Establish rigorous test standards and test automation to ensure the reliability and performance of all sensor products.
- Work closely with other departments, including product management, marketing, and sales, to ensure product alignment with market needs and company objectives.
- Contribute hands-on engineering expertise to the project, demonstrating leadership in both strategy and execution.
- Mentor junior team members, fostering an environment of growth and skill development.
