Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 Years in Family Law: At least two years of experience specifically in family law, including divorces, custody, and related cases.
- Strong Client Management: Proven ability to effectively manage client relationships, offering a high standard of service.
- Ability to Work Independently: Must be comfortable managing cases with minimal supervision while maintaining collaborative relationships with colleagues.
- Familiarity with Legal Technology: Experience with cloud-based case management systems and online communication tools.
- Lead Conversion & Caseload Building: For newer attorneys, experience in converting leads into retainers and managing a growing caseload with support from the firm.
