We are looking for a driven full time Sales associate with a passion for people and technology to join our amazing team at Samsung, Harrods.
As a Sales Associate you will be working in a diverse and knowledgeable Team to ensure we deliver exceptional customer service at Samsung Harrods. Reporting into the Clienteling Experience Management Team, your role will be focused on ensuring that every customer entering the store enjoys a memorable, personalised experience, whilst developing your specialist skills to deliver top-tier product demonstrations.

Key Accountabilities

Key Accountabilities
- Provide exceptional customer service in line with company standards
- To deliver a successful execution across all KPI’s, these can range from NPS, Commercial Targets and more
- Effectively working alongside team members
- Supporting Samsung projects - Click & Collect
- Supporting with Samsung events and providing detailed, interactive and engaging tours of the Samsung Harrods Space

- Ideally experienced in luxury or high-end retail
- Passion for technology
- Driven and self-motivated
- Well organised and accountable for all responsibilities
- Experience in sales and/or customer service
- A natural people-person, with exceptional communication and presentation skills, for one-on-one or group interactions
- A true advocate for the brand, able to understand and define every customer’s specific needs and interests, and encourage them to be excited about the potential the brand’s products can offer in their lives - embedding a tangible sense of loyalty in every interaction
- An energetic, friendly and outgoing individual who values learning and knowledge
- A collaborative team player who is able to work as part of a diverse and varied team and always seeking to achieve the best possible KPI's results
- Multilingual skills would be an advantage
- Full time role, 40hrs per week, fully flexible
