Job Summary: Regional Supervisor (Home Care Agency)
We are seeking a motivated and organized Regional Supervisor to join our home care team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting caregivers with sign-ups, supporting walk-ins to the office, and providing guidance when needed. Additionally, you will conduct client assessments as necessary, ensure accurate data entry, and work on maintaining compliance with agency standards.
Training will be provided, and this position offers the flexibility of full-time or part-time hours, with a minimum of 20-25 hours per week. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong work ethic, who enjoys helping others and is eager to grow within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist caregivers with the sign-up process and provide support for walk-ins.
- Conduct client assessments as required.
- Perform data entry and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Support office operations and assist with any additional tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- A strong sense of drive, initiative, and a willingness to learn.
- Previous experience in home care or supervisory roles is a plus but not required.
