We need of an energetic and dedicated sales professional to help us to maintain and build accounts in and around Spokane, WA, to Cor d'Alene, ID . This position will support and be supported by our branch located in Spokane, WA
Successful candidates will be familiar with the area, have solid sales experience, strong organization skills, and an ongoing desire to provide our customers with the best customer experience possible.

Account Managers partner with our Specialists, supplier representatives, and customer experience teams to offer new and existing customers a wide variety of solutions designed to improve their bottom line. Summary of Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple accounts within an assigned territory, ensuring that a high level of customer retention and satisfaction is maintained
- Establish and implement sales growth plan for each customer and location
- Gain consistent understanding of our Value Proposition and execute it
- Always look for ways to provide value to our customers, documenting cost savings and reporting back to the customer
- Partner with local supplier representatives and Specialists to create value and improved efficiencies for all customers
- Develop a pipeline of customer prospects through networking, referrals, research and cold calling, utilizing our CRM (Salesforce)
- Plan, organize and schedule territory development
- Keep updated on product and industry knowledge
- Mastery of Stellar systems and tools
- Strive to constantly improve
