We are seeking an experienced Agile Coach with Jira Align expertise to support and guide our teams in implementing and scaling Agile practices. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAFe Lean Portfolio Management and Jira Align administration.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide Agile coaching with a focus on SAFe principles and Lean Portfolio Management practices.
- Administer configure and support Jira Align for SAFe teams and portfolios.
- Gather requirements and customize Jira Align to meet the needs of Lean Portfolios and multiple SAFe Agile Release Trains (ARTs).
- Guide the setup of Portfolios and ARTs using SAFe best practices.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure successful adoption of Agile methodologies and tools.
