Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to oversee the development and earlystage management of assigned solar projects. This role requires the ability to work independently in a fastpaced environment collaborating with Regional Leads to ensure projects are technically feasible financially viable and scheduleappropriate.
Key Responsibilities :
- Take ownership of assigned solar projects managing them through the Screening Diligencing and EarlyStage Pipeline processes.
- Ensure projects are technically commercially and financially sound before transitioning to LateStage Project Management.
- Analyze technical and financial data identifying key variables indicators and trends.
- Develop and manage project capital budgets supporting approvals and financial planning.
- Assist with development permitting and engineering coordination engaging subject matter experts as needed.
- Support contract negotiations and construction planning.
- Utilize software applications to track project data and ensure deliverable accuracy.
- Provide updates and reports to Executive Leadership in collaboration with the Regional Lead.
- Perform other essential tasks to ensure overall project and team efficiency.
