We seek a Project Manager to lead and execute cybersecurity projects within the bank ensuring timely and budgetconscious delivery through best project management practices.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Oversee global teams of employees and offshore / onshore consultants.
  • Manage projects involving engineers architects analysts scrum masters and application owners.
  • Collaborate with business and tech stakeholders to drive key initiatives.
  • Plan execute and deliver Infosec projects while identifying and mitigating risks.
  • Promote project management best practices and process improvements.

Qualifications :

  • 10 years of experience with 5 years managing highvisibility business and technology projects.
  • Expertise in matrixed organizations and crossfunctional project delivery.
  • Proficiency in ADO Boards / Kanban PowerPoint Excel Power BI MS Forms and Power Automate .
  • Bachelors Degree required ; PMP or Agile certification preferred.

    • Skills & Competencies :

  • Experience in Cybersecurity Regulatory or Auditrelated projects .
  • Strong communication organization and analytical skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex issues and drive rapid resolutions.
  • Proactive detailoriented and intellectually curious.
  • Effective stakeholder management with a crossfunctional perspective.

    • Responsibilities :

  • Lead and execute complex multidisciplinary projects from initiation to completion.
  • Define objectives build project roadmaps and align stakeholders.
  • Identify risks and drive timely decisions and course corrections.
  • Communicate project roadmaps in a clear businessfriendly manner.
  • Foster a collaborative team culture with a focus on execution and innovation.
