Job Description :
We are seeking a UI / UX Engineer with experience in designing healthcare software applications focused on pharmacy operations and pharmacist workflows . The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user experience design, front-end development, and healthcare compliance standards to create intuitive and efficient pharmacy-related applications.
Roles & Responsibilities :
Design and develop user-friendly interfaces for pharmacy and medication management applications.
Conduct user research , create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI mockups .
Work closely with pharmacists, product managers, and developers to optimize UI / UX for pharmacy workflows.
Ensure compliance with healthcare standards (HIPAA, FDA, WCAG, etc.) .
Collaborate with the development team to implement UI components using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular .
Perform usability testing, A / B testing, and design iterations based on user feedback.
Maintain design consistency and accessibility across pharmacy applications.
Qualifications & Skills :
5 years of experience in UI / UX design and front-end development .
Experience in healthcare software design, particularly for pharmacists and pharmacy operations .
Proficiency in UI / UX tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD and front-end technologies (React, Angular, Vue.js).
Strong understanding of pharmacy workflows, prescription management, and medication tracking .
Familiarity with FHIR, HL7, and healthcare IT regulations is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
Excellent communication skills to present design concepts and solutions.
