Overview:
We are seeking ABAP Developers (2 Senior, 1 Mid-Level) to support our SAP SuccessFactors Payroll and HR modules. Candidates must have strong ABAP development skills, an understanding of compliance around payroll systems, and the ability to operate under high-pressure situations with excellent judgment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain ABAP code for SAP ECP enhancements, reports, and interfaces
- Support SuccessFactors modules: Employee Central and Compensation
- Ensure compliance with security, risk, and audit standards related to payroll systems
- Collaborate with HR product teams to align technical solutions with business needs
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents; participate in code reviews and quality checks
- Contribute to DevOps and CI/CD practices (preferred)
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle and application lifecycle management
Required Skills:
- Strong hands-on ABAP development experience
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors: Payroll, Employee Central, Compensation
- Knowledge of payroll compliance and security protocols
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities in high-pressure environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
- DevOps / CI/CD exposure (preferred)
