Location: ONSITE in the greater St Louis, Missouri area - Expenses paid
Shift Options: Day and night shifts are available, varying by department!
We seek experienced clinicians and superusers to provide at-the-elbow support during an Epic system go-live in Cape Girardeau, Missouri. This temporary position involves assisting healthcare professionals during the system transition by answering "how do I" questions, documenting issues, and escalating unresolved concerns. The ideal candidates will have previously supported an Epic go-live and possess strong knowledge of specific Epic modules relevant to their assigned roles. Candidates will not act as analysts but rather as superusers providing essential on-site support.
We are seeking individuals with experience in the following Epic modules:
- Prior experience supporting an Epic go-live is required.
- EpicCare Ambulatory
- Epic Radiant
- Epic ASAP
- Epic Optime
- Epic Clin Doc (Clindoc)
