We are seeking an IT Business Analyst with expertise in ERP systems, particularly in Finance, Accounting, Contracts, and Projects. This high-visibility role involves supporting daily users, analyzing business processes, and executing IT projects that enhance operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, leveraging technology to drive process improvements and business success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and optimize ERP system functionality to enhance business processes.
- Understand customer issues and translate business requirements into technical solutions with a focus on process design.
- Provide primary support for Finance, Accounting, Contracts, Projects, and Export Control functions.
- Configure and administer ERP solutions to align with business needs.
- Maintain ERP security in collaboration with other business analysts.
- Assist in training users and developing documentation to support ERP system adoption.
- Track and manage IT support requests related to assigned applications.
- Work with IT teams to provide hardware and software solutions when necessary.
- Maintain detailed project documentation and process changes.
- Serve as a backup for other IT team members as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of IT experience in a manufacturing environment.
- 3-5 years of ERP configuration experience, preferably with IFS ERP.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements effectively.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to develop creative solutions.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Strong project management skills, including critical thinking and prioritization.
- U.S. Persons required for compliance with regulations.
- Willingness to travel up to 35% across company locations.
