Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Maintain: Design, configure, and maintain orchestration flows within PingOne DaVinci.
- System Integration: Integrate PingOne DaVinci with diverse identity providers and applications.
- Support and Troubleshooting: Provide expert support and resolve issues related to PingOne DaVinci implementations.
- Documentation: Develop and update technical documentation for configurations, processes, and best practices.
- Team Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration and functionality of identity solutions.
Required Skills:
- Technical Proficiency: Expertise in PingOne DaVinci, PingFederate, PingAccess, and other Ping Identity products.
- Scripting and Automation: Proficient in scripting languages like Python or PowerShell.
- Cloud Expertise: Experience deploying Ping solutions in cloud environments such as Google Cloud Platform or Kubernetes.
- Security Protocols: Strong understanding of OAuth 2.0, SAML, and identity and access management (IAM) protocols.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical abilities to identify and resolve technical issues.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience: Solid background in identity and access management, with a focus on Ping Identity solutions.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications in IAM or cloud technologies are advantageous.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills to effectively collaborate in a dynamic environment.
