Job Description:



We are looking for an Online Training Simulator (OTS) Specialist Connected Worker Tools to develop and implement digital training solutions for frontline workers in the manufacturing industry. This role will focus on designing immersive, interactive training simulations to enhance worker proficiency with IT-driven connected tools, digital work instructions, and IoT-enabled manufacturing systems. The ideal candidate has a strong background in IT, training simulation development, and smart manufacturing technologies.



Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Operator Training Simulator (OTS) solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer requirements and develop customized solutions
• Provide technical expertise and support to customers in the implementation and maintenance of OTS solutions
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for customers on the effective use of OTS technology
• Stay up to date with industry trends and technologies in the field of OTS

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as chemical engineering
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the design and implementation of Operator Training Simulator (OTS) solutions
• Strong knowledge of Simulation software platforms and tools (UniSim, Hysys)
• English fluent
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant technical field
• Experience in the oil and gas industry
• Knowledge of process control systems and industrial automation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
