Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Infor Product Manager to support post-implementation activities for Infor CloudSuite, with a focus on WFM and Payroll. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, incident resolution, change management, and strategic roadmap development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide post-implementation support for Infor WFM and Payroll.
- Manage incident resolution, system optimizations, and issue tracking.
- Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for continued improvement.
- Oversee change management processes to enhance system efficiency.
- Ensure seamless integration of Infor products with third-party applications.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3 years of Infor support experience post-implementation (WFM & Payroll).
- At least one full-cycle implementation of Infor CloudSuite.
- Strong product management experience with a focus on incident resolution, change management, and roadmap development.
- Bachelor's degree (mandatory).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
