Job Description:
• Coordinates with Sourcing Managers and Procurement to establish, maintain and decommission contract catalogs within Ariba Buying and Guided Buying.
• Recommends for each category identified as catalog eligible the approach to enabling catalog content within the procurement platform.
• Solicits and evaluates feedback from end users regarding the ease and accuracy of locating desired content in the continual improvement of digitizing catalog content.
• Uses catalog expertise to implement new catalogs and troubleshoot issues with supplier stakeholders and Ariba catalog support, partners with Ariba in the onboarding of new catalog suppliers
• Leads and coordinates the implementation of new Ariba Integrated suppliers
• Coaches Sourcing Managers and Procurement regarding best practices in negotiating the optimal structure of pricing data for use in catalogs
• Anticipates and resolves complex issues in creative and effective ways
• Responsible for administration / maintenance of catalogs for all categories and applicable suppliers
• Be the subject matter expert for catalog transactional processing
• Ensure prioritization and deliverables are timely throughout the engagement process
• Develop and manage KPIs as well as report on progress to attaining supplier enablement goals
