Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Plant Maintenance (PM) Trainer to lead training efforts across both classroom and plant-level environments. This role requires strong hands-on knowledge of the SAP PM module and the ability to effectively communicate best practices to operations and manufacturing teams. Experience with SAP Service and Asset Manager (SAM) and SAP RSH (Resource Scheduling for Asset Management) is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive training on SAP S/4HANA Plant Maintenance (PM) to end-users, super users, and operations staff
• Develop user training materials, job aids, and documentation tailored for both classroom and on-the-floor sessions
• Conduct workshops and hands-on sessions to ensure smooth adoption of PM module processes
• Collaborate with functional leads and plant teams to identify knowledge gaps and training needs
• Provide expertise on best practices in asset management, work order processing, and maintenance workflows
• Support mobile training efforts on SAP SAM and scheduling optimization via SAP RSH

Required Skills & Experience:

• Hands-on / "superuser" experience in SAP S/4HANA Plant Maintenance (PM)
• Strong background in training delivery, including plant-level operational staff
• Deep understanding of maintenance planning, notifications, equipment records, and preventive maintenance cycles
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences

Nice to Have:

• Experience using and training on SAP SAM (Service and Asset Manager)
• Familiarity with SAP RSH (Resource Scheduling for Asset Management)
