Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and lead project meetings to confirm contracting and consent requirements, guide technical discussions, and ensure readiness for testing and data validation.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clinical operational leaders and EMR vendors.
- Coordinate necessary resources to support data validation activities.
- Monitor and manage the progress of technical builds, integration readiness, and clinical data validation between EMR systems.
- Provide regular updates and promptly escalate risks to project leads.
Qualifications:
- Proven expertise in managing technical projects and resources.
- Experience in healthcare data integration and familiarity with EMR systems.
- Strong skills in maintaining detailed documentation and tracking complex projects.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and coordination abilities.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of HL7 standards for clinical data integration.
- Familiarity with Population Health data requirements.
- Experience working with clinical data.
