Mode of Interview: MS Teams video interview with camera ON.
Work Location: Lansing, MI
Work Arrangement: Resource will be working a hybrid schedule. NO REMOTE ONLY OPTION. Will need to be onsite from day 1, two days a week.

- Business Analyst
- Quality Assurance Knowledge
- Azure DevOps Knowledge (comfortable with creating epics/features/user stories for projects)
- Understanding of BA, QA, DEV roles/responsibilities
- Experienced with as-is/to-be processes and content creation
- Experience with creating product roadmap
- Familiarity with Project Management Methodologies/Agile
- Adept with using BA tools (e.g., FIGMA, Visio)
