- experience developing and executing system test and implementation plans

- experience implementing cloud-hosted Software As A Service(SaaS) solutions
- ability to manage security access and user profile management
- ability to work collaboratively with various groups within VSP and VSP vendors to ensure requirements are vetted and documented
- ability to analyze functional/nonfunctional system requirements
- possess excellent communication skills in English and the ability to communicate with internal customers in nontechnical terms
- be proficient with Microsoft Products (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint)
- be proficient in creating business and system requirements
