Required Skills And Experience
- Intermediate/Advanced experience creating technical training content/curriculum, including MS Office 365, for entry-level through proficient user levels.
- Experience with Adobe Captivate, Articulate 360 or similar platforms for creating online training.
- Experience with Camtasia or similar platforms for screen recording and video editing.
- Experience with microlearning preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Review and revise existing training content such as job aids, handouts, and reference materials.
- Create digital learning modules, including developing content, audio, and video recording.
- Develop a range of resources, including presentations, e-learning modules, hands-on exercises, and documentation to facilitate effective learning experiences.
- Work closely with the Business Innovation & Technology teams to understand the latest technologies and ensure training materials are up-to-date and relevant.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop professional and highly impactful technical training and education materials, ensuring our workforce is equipped to meet the challenges of the future.
- Proven experience in developing and delivering technical training.
- Strong and professional communication skills, written and verbal.
- Ability to write and verbally articulate complex technical concepts.
- Ability to learn and explain complex software products and technology.
- Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining quality.
- Collaborate with team members and subject matter experts to continually expand knowledge and broaden the employee technical skill base.
