Applicants Must Have The Relevant Experience With The Following
- Minimum 10 years of PeopleSoft HCM 9.1 / 9.2 -NA Payroll, Time & Labor, Recruitment, Base Benefits implementation, Support, and development
- Resource should be proficient in core modules of PeopleSoft HCM 9.1 -NA Payroll, Time & labor, Recruitment, and Base Benefits.
- Resource having exposure to PeopleSoft application Upgrade HR 9.1/9.2 will be a plus point.
- Experience in other modules like – Core HR, and Self-Service.
- Resource should have PeopleSoft technical expertise of around 40%.
- Having experience in Integrations and AWE is a must and PeopleSoft Functional expertise is around -60%.
- Resource having exposure to PeopleSoft financials 9.1 will be a plus point.
- Resource should be flexible to provide a daily handshake for an hour with an offshore team based out of India.
- Good Communication, Problem-solving, and Analytical skills.
- Experience in working on global projects and can coordinate with multiple stakeholders and should be able to do the customer-facing role.
