We are looking to fill a Long-term Contract role as PeopleSoft Payroll Functional Lead in Des Moines, IA Mode of Interview: In person
Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with the following:
- Must have deep experience in PeopleSoft NA Payroll
- Must demonstrate proven abilities and success with NA Payroll module concerning functional configuration
- Must have strong orientation for testing PS NA Payroll modules mainly Payroll parallel testing.
- Good at concepts - Earnings, Deductions, Taxes, Net Pay level, Exempt, Non Exempt , executing Payroll etc.
- Good at Documenting test results.
- Strong communication skills and customer handling skills.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to acquire, absorb, and apply complex business knowledge to problems quickly.
