Applicants Must Have The Relevant Experience With The Following
- Ten (10) years of technical development/change management experience.
- Proficient with Microsoft Visio, LucidChart, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet SharePoint, the Microsoft 365 Office Suite, and familiar with project management software development tools.
- Knowledge of Jira and ServiceNow.
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral, with technical and non-technical staff, at all levels of management.
- Knowledge of project management principles and practices.
- Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes, including Change Management, Release Management and Service Asset and Configuration Management.
- Knowledge of Release Management principles and the release management lifecycle including scheduling and coordinating releases across multiple vendors and applications.
- Knowledge of change management principles and practices, change control board activities and change request processing.
- Proficient in release management principles, methods, techniques, and tools for the effective management of projects from initiation through project closure.
- Knowledge of basic management principles and practices, methods of data collection and analysis; and
- Ability to organize risks and issues for presentation in reports, documents, and other written materials.
