We are looking for local candidates in Harrisburg, PA for Hybrid role.
Applicant must have 10 years of experience with the following:

- Experience using formal requirements gathering methodologies
- Experience developing business, functional, and non-functional requirements
- Experience developing Requirements Traceability Matrix
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools.
- Experience working to facilitate collaboration across the full range of executive, business, and technical resources
- Experience with assisting testing efforts to include reviewing test scenarios for UAT and organizing users to Facilitate effective tests
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in data management and reporting.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint Visio and Project)
- Experience with PM methodologies and/or managing & tracking a project against a project plan
- Experience working on state government projects/assignments
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Business Analyst Certification (certification from an accredited organization like IIBA)
- Knowledge of Vocational Rehabilitation programs is a plus.
