We recently secured a major contract with a leading telecommunications company, and we need a talented communicator to take on the role of the Entry Level Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be at the forefront of providing product and account support to new and existing clientele, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring any complaints are swiftly directed to the appropriate teams.
Entry Level Customer Service Representative Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate strong client relationships by delivering exceptional service and increasing brand visibility through insightful interactions.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of our products and services to offer personalized recommendations that align with each client’s needs.
- Foster customer loyalty by managing client complaints or concerns with professionalism and delivering prompt, effective solutions.
- Collaborate with fellow Customer Service Representatives to create strategies that enhance brand awareness, focusing on the quality and reputation of our client’s services.
- Continuously gather and share client insights with the client service and sales teams to ensure we’re meeting customer expectations in real time.
Entry Level Customer Service Representative Preferred Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in a client or customer-facing role, such as account management or sales (preferred, but not mandatory).
- A strong work ethic with a proven record of high performance.
- Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to positively influence others.
- A proactive individual who promptly addresses emails, calls, inquiries, and requests.
- A willingness to become an expert in marketing trends, business development practices, and creating seamless brand experiences.
