Stellar Promotions is an unconventional sales and direct marketing firm in the Fort Myers area. Setting groundbreaking records, we have partnered with a new client program with goals of national expansion. As we continue to extend our outreach, we seek an Enrollment Associate eager to contribute to our expansion efforts. Providing quality one-on-one training to individuals who have a strong desire to build a long-term career in sales, we offer a role for you to utilize your communication and negotiation skills to drive industry growth!

As an Enrollment Associate, you will play a vital role in introducing our new client program, which is integral to our mission of national brand recognition and becoming a common household name. The Enrollment Associate position is an exciting opportunity to join a company that values its reputation and provides comprehensive, hands-on training for success.

As an Enrollment Associate, you will:

• Identify and meet potential clients in person, presenting our service options as part of a new client campaign.
• Use a consultative sales approach to assess customer needs, educate clients on our services, and suggest proven solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring they are well-informed, satisfied, and supported throughout the enrollment process.
• Employ negotiation strategies to close sales and deliver transparent communication with clients, ensuring they understand the full scope of services and the benefits of our services.
• Collaborate with the team by sharing professional goals and contributing unique ideas to meet and exceed daily/quarterly sales metrics.
• Continuously learn and refine sales techniques through ongoing classroom-style training, feedback, and leadership within the company.
• Track and manage potential client leads, follow-ups, and sales progress using CRM tools and other tracking systems.

Preferred Qualifications of our Enrollment Associates:

• Student mentality with a passion for learning and developing new skills is a must as no previous experience or knowledge of the industry is required.
• Strong written and verbal skills with the ability to engage and connect with a variety of customers.
• Experience in sales or customer-facing roles is preferred but not required.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and driven to meet sales targets and contribute to company growth.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to take on new challenges.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $750.00 - $1,100.00 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Work Location: In person
