Our Entry Level Business Development Representative Will:
- Plan, initiate, and direct business inquiries to determine trends, develop target markets, and recommend business development strategies
- Manage challenging or emotional customer situations directly and respond promptly to service requests and exceed customer satisfaction
- Establish and maintain long-lasting customer accounts
- Match client needs to products and services we offer and close sales
- Assist in the acquisition of verbal orders from external customers in a professional and courteous manner compatible with applicable company policies & procedures
- Gain knowledge of our clients and stay up to date with new sales promotions by attending daily meetings with the Management and Sales team
- Act as the main liaison between our company and clients
A Entry Level Business Development Representative With Us Has:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in customer service, sales, business development or related fields
- Professional and confident demeanor with a very warm and sociable attitude
