Capital Raiser
Location: Great Neck, NY 11021, Full-time, In-office
Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Capital Raiser to join our team. As a Capital Raiser, you will be responsible for sourcing and securing capital for our real estate investment projects, including luxury house flips, multifamily properties, mixed-use developments, shopping centers, and non-performing loans (NPLs).
Responsibilities:
- Identify and cultivate relationships with potential investors, including high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and institutional investors.
- Present investment opportunities to prospective investors and articulate the benefits and risks associated with each real estate project and NPL.
- Negotiate terms of investment and partnership agreements.
- Collaborate closely with our real estate acquisitions team to understand funding needs and investment strategies for each project.
- Maintain a network of industry contacts to stay updated on market trends and investment opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and investment memoranda.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in raising capital for real estate investments.
- Strong network of potential investors within the real estate sector.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to capital raising.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Compensation:
- Option 1: Commission-based on funds raised.
- Option 2: Percentage partner on deals with a share of net profits.
