Job Description:
We’re seeking an experienced Real Estate Acquisitions Officer who excels at sourcing and closing off-market deals. This is an in-person role where you’ll leverage your expertise to find profitable opportunities, negotiate transactions, and build lasting relationships. The position offers a competitive salary plus commission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate off-market opportunities.
- Manage the entire acquisition process from lead to close.
- Build and maintain strong networks with property owners and industry contacts.
- Conduct thorough market research and due diligence.
- Meet or exceed acquisition targets.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of proven experience in off-market real estate acquisitions.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
