Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, canvassing and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with customers
- Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products
Qualifications:
-Roofing Sales Experience (2 years) REQUIRED.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a technical sales or business development role
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Jobnimbus or other CRM software is a plus
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus, but not required
- Strong market knowledge and understanding of industry trends
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively
