Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients while developing new business opportunities.
- Analyze customer requirements to recommend appropriate roofing solutions tailored to their needs.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to secure profitable deals.
- Conduct inside sales activities, including cold calling potential clients and following up on leads.
- Utilize technical knowledge of roofing systems to provide accurate information and support during the sales process.
- Engage in upselling additional services or products that enhance client satisfaction and project outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using Salesforce or similar software.
- Collaborate with installation teams to ensure seamless project execution from sale to completion.
Skills
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Experience in inside sales and outside , particularly in the construction or roofing industry is preferred.
- Proficient in business development strategies and techniques for generating leads.
- Technical sales experience related to roofing systems is a plus.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer relationships and tracking sales activities.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and propose suitable solutions effectively.
