Key Qualifications : Proven Success in New Build Opens and Lease-Ups : You have a history of taking new communities from launch to full occupancy, delivering results on time and within budget. Leadership Excellence : You lead by example, motivating high-performing teams to achieve their best. Operational Mastery : Your expertise spans all aspects of senior living management, from operations and healthcare to customer service and fiscal responsibility. Strong Relationship Builder : You build lasting relationships with residents, families, and the greater community. Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in Business or Healthcare Administration preferred. Licensed Assisted Living Administrator required Why Join Stellar Senior Living?
