Key Qualifications : Leadership Excellence : You lead by example, motivating high-performing teams to achieve their best. Operational Mastery : Your expertise spans all aspects of Skilled Senior living management, from operations and healthcare to customer service and fiscal responsibility. Strong Relationship Builder : You build lasting relationships with residents, families, and the greater community. Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in Business or Healthcare Administration preferred. Licensed Skilled Administrator required Why Join Stellar Senior Living?
