Design server farms
Guide installations and migrations
Design MOSS architecture (site collections, site group and permission, content type)
Perform capacity planning
Apply SharePoint best practices
Lead customer SharePoint engagements
Required Skills / Experience
Proficiency with SharePoint WSS, SSP, WCM, including the creation of custom web parts
Experience consulting with clients on the design and business value of portal solutions
Strong understanding of collaboration processes and issues
C# development experience within the .NET framework (including analysis and application design)
Excellent consulting skills and the ability to work effectively with clients and team members
Experience managing in an onsite / offshore delivery model
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience with SharePoint 2010 is desirable
