Stellar Snacks, est. 2019, is a premier pretzel manufacturer, founded by Elisabeth and Gina Galvin, who are the first and only lady bosses baking pretzels and roasting nuts in the United States. Along with our brilliant team, and combined experience of over 200 years in manufacturing, we bake our snacks from scratch daily right here in Carson City, Nevada.

We are excited to be growing our manufacturing team and currently seeking experienced Forklift Operators who wants to help our team create delicious snacks and get them into the hands of people all over the country. Our team members take pride in their work, lead by example, and uphold the highest levels of safety, quality, and service.
As a Forklift Operator your main goal will be to provide proactive service to the production and packaging team to minimize downtime.

What does a day as a Forklift Operator look like?
- Load and unload shipments from containers
- Organize inbound & stage outbound shipments
- Keep warehouse organized and clean
- Maintain FIFO for all shipments
- Pick and pull pallet orders; assemble shipments
- Verify and examine shipments and bills of lading
- Stretch wrap pallets
Requirements:
- Must be authorized to work in the United States, we participate in E-Verify
- Must be fluent in English
- Minimum of 2 years experience on forklift
- Ability to obtain forklift certification
- Must be able to lift and move a minimum of 35 pounds without assistance
- Must be able to read, write, speak, comprehend, and execute required safety protocols, instructions, and training in English
- Strong organizational skills
- Willingness to perform repetitive tasks
- Possess knowledge of warehouse and supply chain operations
- Ability to read and write numbers, letters, and comprehend packaging instructions
- Ability to perform tasks with manual dexterity
- Ability to meet regular, predictable, and reliable attendance requirements at the assigned work location for the entire shift with or without a reasonable accommodation
- Ability to work in an environment with fluctuating temperatures, from hot to cold
Essential Physical Demands & Environmental Factors:
- Constantly: Standing, listening, speaking, and hearing to exchange information; using dexterity of hands for use with operating levers, knobs, or settings on required equipment, handling product or packaging materials and tools required to perform the job; climb, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, reach, push, pull, grasp, and perform repetitive motions.
