Schedule: Full-time; Monday – Friday (Day Shift)

We’re looking for a Maintenance Planner Scheduler Buyer to join our dynamic team and play a vital role in ensuring efficient production and maintenance processes. If you enjoy problem-solving, coordinating projects, and working in a collaborative environment, this opportunity is for you!
What You’ll Do:
- Plan and schedule corrective and preventive maintenance activities to minimize equipment downtime.
- Develop and maintain effective preventive maintenance programs while tracking completion and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Manage work orders, documentation, and assets using the CMMS system.
- Ensure spare parts inventory is well-maintained and aligned with maintenance needs.
- Work closely with Production, Safety, and Quality Control teams to drive continuous improvement.
- Identify and implement efficiency-enhancing opportunities throughout the manufacturing process.
- Provide maintenance technicians with necessary tools and parts for timely work order completion.
- Oversee plant-wide shutdowns and coordinate maintenance contractor compliance.
- Support the team with troubleshooting and technical expertise as needed.
- Assist in training employees on CMMS usage and best practices.
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
What You Bring to the Team:
- Experience in maintenance planning and scheduling within the Food & Beverage processing industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to balance priorities.
- Proficiency in CMMS systems, inventory management, and data tracking.
- Hands-on experience with power tools, troubleshooting, and mechanical systems.
- Basic math and computer skills to effectively manage scheduling and documentation.
- Ability to collaborate with multiple departments and lead improvement initiatives.
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical certifications a plus!).

Physical Demands & Work Environment:
