Role/Responsibilities/Qualifications
Stellar Solutions seeks a motivated self-starting candidate to join our team on Orion to perform systems engineering on the Orion program with the Avionics Test and Verification Team. This position supports the Orion Program by writing test procedures, executing these tests in a high-fidelity HW/SW lab environment, and evaluating test results.
These responsibilities support of nominal, off nominal & edge use cases in support of test checkout of on-board automated sequencing, fault detection & recovery in order to access vehicle performance across multiple subsystems and phases to ensure success of the Artemis II and III missions.
The successful candidate will have experience and/or knowledge in aerospace engineering, electrical engineering or computer science and experience with Microsoft Office products.
The pay rate for summer intern positions is USD $28 per hour.
Deliverable(s)
Weekly, quarterly, and end of internship project assessments and reporting of experiences and gaining knowledge.
