Responsibilities
Potential Duties and Responsibilities include the following based on the area of focus determined by you and your supervisor. Other duties may be assigned.
- Aid the maintenance team in performing routine inspections and preventive maintenance tasks on production equipment and machinery to ensure maximum efficiency and uptime.
- Support the maintenance team in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic issues that arise in the production equipment.
- Provide general assistance in maintaining the facility, including keeping work areas clean, organizing tools, and assisting in larger repair or renovation projects as needed.
- Willingness to take direction from area supervision and follow that direction.
- Continually demonstrates a productive and non-disruptive work ethic.
- Follows all company safety rules as laid out in the company safety manual and all other company policies.
- Maintain company equipment and work areas in a clean and orderly manner.
