We're seeking an exceptional Senior Product Designer to join our team and help shape the future of our on-chain tools and products. In this role, you'll combine strategic thinking with hands-on design expertise to create innovative solutions that delight our users.
In this role, you will :
Create designs to support cross-functional teams, both for internal and external tools and platformsDesign beautiful, usable, and valuable product experiences for the Stellar ecosystemMaintain and scale our design system to improve and ensure consistency across productsConduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisionsPresent design work to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively to ensure high-quality designsWork closely with engineers to QA products to ensure that they are pixel perfectChampion user-centered design practices throughout the organizationYou have :
4 years of product design experienceOn-chain experienceStrong visual UI skills and detailed design eyeDeep experience creating and shipping extraordinary productsStrong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design workExpert knowledge of modern design tools (Figma, Framer, etc.)Experience with design systems and component librariesExcellent problem-solving and communication skillsStrong understanding of user-centered design principlesExperience conducting user research and usability testing
