Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Marketing to lead our marketing efforts and elevate Stellaromics’ presence within the scientific community. This hands-on leadership role will be essential in driving the marketing strategy, executing campaigns, and fostering engagement through various channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
- Design and implement creative marketing campaigns to promote our products and services.
- Oversee the development and management of a digital marketing plan, including website maintenance and social media engagement with the scientific community.
- Collaborate with the marketing and R&D teams to create compelling customer-facing assets such as white papers, application notes, tradeshow exhibits, and promotional materials.
- Drive lead generation initiatives and equip the sales team with essential tools and resources to enhance their effectiveness.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform marketing strategies.
- Foster a collaborative culture within the marketing team, encouraging innovative thinking and creative problem-solving.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific field or a marketing degree with significant experience in life sciences companies.
- 8 years of experience in life sciences marketing, with a proven track record of successful product launches, particularly in the genomics or multi-omics fields.
- Creativity! We are looking for someone who thinks differently and has the ability to create materials and ideas that capture hearts and minds
- Strong understanding of the scientific community and ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively.
- Proficiency in digital marketing strategies, including SEO, social media, and content marketing.
- Exceptional skills in project management, organization, and communication.
- Ability to work collaboratively and lead a team while being hands-on in execution.
