We are l ooking for a Business Analyst / Product Owner for a digital team that is a fast learner that can be the liaison between technology and business as well as present key concepts to executive leadership through PowerPoint and excellent written and verbal communication skills. This person should be a "go-getter " looking to move eventually into the Product Owner position.
Here is the job description :
Develop key implementation and project deliverables for the Digital Team with a business analyst.
This resource will partner with HCSC's Manage My Account (MMA) team to assist with managing login, registration and preference products.
This will include managing stakeholder requests, release management activities, requirements gathering / writing / refinement, managing JIRA and sprint planning activities, facilitating critical meetings, creating PowerPoint presentations and more.
Specific activities and deliverables will be based on the needs and priorities of HCSC leadership. This resource is being provided on a Contract to Hire basis.
Responsibilities :
Perform requirements writing, gathering and analysis for login, registration and preferences
Handles production release management
Be very involved in the data as well as functional requirements
Troubleshoots and investigates problems; understands which problems require escalation
Conducts data analysis & reporting
Manages stakeholder requests and communication
Utilizes strong technical acumen and critical thinking for decision-making
Translate technical jargon in to business-friendly explanations
Identifies improvements in process methodology and product opportunities
Creates PowerPoint presentations for client review with support
Serves as main contact for our development team
