- We are currently seeking one (1) individual to work with the team to act as the primary
- Business Analyst (BA) in support of the business area SME teams on the SUCCESS Project with the Design
- Development Integration (DDI) vendor. This individual will be responsible for Business Analyst duties related to defining
- requirements, managing work backlogs, setting work priorities, overseeing IT development stages related to planning,
- designing, testing, approval, and implementation of SUCCESS platform modules. The candidate will have a minimum
- of 7 years experience in development, requirements gathering, process mapping, data analysis, product owner
- management, software development lifecycles, and knowledgeable of project management processes. Advanced
- experience with requirements management, Agile develoment methodologies (SCRUM, KABAN, etc ), development,
- and writing user stories for testing and system validation is also desired. Candidate must be a motivated team player
- with excellent problem solving and communication skills.
