As a Data Analyst you will play a critical role in analyzing, interpreting, and visualizing data to support strategic initiatives and enhance business processes. This position offers an opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing valuable insights that drive continuous improvement and informed decision-making.
Key Responsibilities :
Data Analysis and Interpretation :
Perform statistical analysis, data mining, and create visualizations of large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies across production, supply chain, quality assurance, and manufacturing processes.
Data Quality Assessment :
Conduct data quality audits to assess accuracy, completeness, and consistency. Identify root causes of data governance issues and recommend solutions to enhance data integrity.
Dashboard Development :
Design and build interactive dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel to present key metrics, KPIs, and actionable insights effectively.
Root Cause Analysis :
Investigate data inconsistencies and quality issues, performing root cause analysis and collaborating with relevant teams to implement corrective actions and prevent recurrence.
Process Improvement :
Identify opportunities to improve data governance workflows, automate reporting tasks, and streamline data collection, validation, and integration processes for greater efficiency.
Stakeholder Collaboration :
Work closely with teams in operations, supply chain, quality assurance, IT, and data governance to align data initiatives with organizational goals and effectively communicate insights.
Continuous Learning :
Stay updated on trends and advancements in data analytics, governance, and relevant industry practices. Share knowledge with colleagues to promote innovation and growth within the organization.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related roles, preferably in agriculture or manufacturing.
Proficiency with data tools such as SQL, Python, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms. Experience with Alteryx or Databricks is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for translating complex data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across diverse teams and present technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
