Job Description:
Focused on setting strategy for the ARCAR-Cash App, Collections and Deductions modules, what are the priority features for each PI to define the planning work that the Scrum Master does
Break-out features/USTs to meaningful level for team to delivery (D&B)
Accountable to XOM for the metrics and reporting (key word accountable)
Validates acceptance criteria are met on UST
Works with EY team to estimate work efforts and prioritization
Identify and manage dependencies
Has experience implementing HighRadius or other AR/I2C application/tools (e.g. BlackLine)
Excellent English Communication skills
Able to manage an offshore & nearshore team and lead client discussions
Oil & Gas experience is a 'nice to have'
