Exciting Opportunity: Professional Services Consultant
Key Responsibilities:
- Deploy, implement, and integrate NetApp solutions in customer environments.
- Collaborate with sales and services teams to meet customer requirements.
- Implement backup, disaster recovery, storage consolidation, and data protection solutions.
- Optimize systems through upgrades, performance monitoring, and audits.
- Comply with customer security and operational requirements.
- Lead technical design and implementation for customer solutions.
- Perform system health checks and monitor alerts
Technical Expertise:
- NetApp FAS, AFF, E-Series, and FlexPod solutions.
- ONTAP 9.x, SANtricity, StorageGRID.
- Storage protocols (CIFS, NFS, iSCSI, FC/FCoE).
- Data protection (Snapshots, SnapMirror, SnapVault).
- VMware, Cisco UCS, and core networking.
Qualifications:
- Top Secret Clearance
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field (or equivalent experience).
- DoD 8140 IAT Level II Certification (e.g., CompTIA Security CE).
- NetApp certifications (e.g., NCDA, NetApp Certified Technology Solutions Professional).
