What are the responsibilities and job description for the PCB Designer position at Stellent IT LLC?

Title : PCB Designer

Location : Glendale Heights, IL

Duration : 6-month contract (Hybrid, must be onsite day one)

Key Responsibilities :

Design and develop printed circuit boards (PCBs) for various applications.
Create and maintain schematic diagrams and PCB layouts using industry-standard design tools such as Altium Designer and PADS.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design specifications are met.
Conduct design reviews and provide feedback to improve design quality.
Troubleshoot and resolve design-related issues.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

Proven experience in PCB design and schematic capture.

Proficiency with PCB design software (e.g., Altium Designer, OrCAD, Eagle).

Strong understanding of electronic components and circuit design principles.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Strong communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience with high-frequency PCB design.

Knowledge of signal integrity and EMC / EMI considerations.

Familiarity with manufacturing processes and DFM / DFT principles
