WORK ARRANGEMENT : 60% Remote [in Wisconsin]. Onsite training for the first week and at least 2 days per week thereafter. No relocations. The candidate must live in Wisconsin currently and have a history of working in Wisconsin.

DETAILS :
The Project Manager will oversee strategic technology projects for CCAP, ensuring alignment with the objectives of the Wisconsin Court System. The role includes project initiation, planning, monitoring, and closure, with responsibilities like managing resources, ensuring project milestones are met, and fostering stakeholder collaboration. The position operates under the supervision of the Deputy Chief Information Officer and is expected to exercise independent judgment in managing projects effectively.
The role requires delivering initiatives supporting CCAP's objectives, refining project management methodologies, documenting status and constraints, coordinating change management, and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders.
REQUIRED SKILLS :
PM experience in software departments or teams at least 3 years.
Experience working with vendors on software selection at least 3 years.
Strong planning abilities for projects at least 5 years.

Leading projects for software selection for business teams.
