Job Summary : We are seeking a skilled RF Project Engineer to join our team, focusing on our Power Amplifier product line (less than 100 watts) within the Land Mobile Radio segment. This role is pivotal in ensuring the development and optimization of our products for public address and public safety applications.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the design, development, and testing of RF Power Amplifiers with power levels below 100 watts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product specifications meet customer requirements and industry standards.
- Conduct simulations and analyses to optimize amplifier performance and reliability.
- Oversee the integration of RF components into larger systems, ensuring seamless functionality.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for production and field issues.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in RF technology and incorporate relevant innovations into product designs.
- Prepare and present technical reports, documentation, and project updates to stakeholders.
