Job description:
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Business Analyst/Product Owner to join our dynamic team. Your role will be to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring that Salesforce implementations meet client requirements and drive business value, with a preference for Salesforce Health Cloud.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications and user stories.
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring timely delivery of features.
- Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and the development team.
- Conduct user acceptance testing and ensure solutions meet business objectives.
- Provide training and support to end-users.
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements.
- Stay updated with Salesforce Health Cloud product updates and industry trends to recommend and implement new features and capabilities.
